Basically I placed an order for US$159 (to reach the international free shipping threshold) on the 20th December. I was charged over US$211 for no reason. They said they would refund me after shipping. It shipped on the 21st December.
I have received a partial refund because they said there was a fee.
And now it has come to the time that I should have had my parcel delivered and instead it has not even been given to the courier!
I called their customer service and asked for a full refund and the response was that the amount was over what she could refund, but she would get her supervisor to contact me about a refund and that may take 3-5 business days.
Has anyone had issues with Kat Von D's customer service in the US as well? Are they known for being incompetent?
