For dinner at Madeo Restaurant in West Hollywood, Bella test drove the Spring 18 trend with a pair of clear, strappy heels. They were the perfect accompaniment to her all-black outfit of a leather Matrix-inspired trench coat, turtleneck, and matching pants.
